1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SaySo touchpoints to provide feedback, you agree to be bound by these terms of service and our privacy policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

SaySo provides a platform for collecting anonymous audio feedback from visitors at various locations. Your feedback helps organisations improve their services.

3. Anonymous Feedback

When you provide feedback through SaySo:

• Your feedback is submitted anonymously
• We do not collect or store personal identifying information
• You are not required to provide your name, email, or contact details
• Feedback cannot be attributed to you individually

4. Audio Recording and Processing

By recording and submitting audio feedback, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your audio recording will be transcribed using OpenAI's Whisper speech-to-text model
• The transcribed text will be analysed using OpenAI's GPT-4o model for sentiment analysis and insights
• The original audio file will be permanently deleted immediately after processing
• Only the text transcript and analysis will be retained
• The transcript may be reviewed by the organisation operating the touchpoint

5. Acceptable Use

When using SaySo, you agree not to:

• Submit offensive, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory content
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or compromise the service
• Use automated tools or bots to submit feedback
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Submit spam or irrelevant content

6. Security and Fraud Prevention

To maintain service quality and security, we:

• Record IP addresses for bot and fraud detection
• Use Cloudflare Turnstile for automated abuse prevention
• Monitor for DDoS attacks and malicious activity
• Reserve the right to block suspicious or abusive submissions

7. Content Ownership

By submitting feedback, you grant SaySo and the organisation operating the touchpoint a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and analyse your feedback for the purpose of service improvement and insights generation. Since feedback is anonymous, you retain no ownership claims to specific submissions.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

SaySo and HoxtonAi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

10. Third-Party Services

Our service uses third-party AI models and services (OpenAI, Cloudflare) which have their own terms of service. By using SaySo, you also agree to comply with the applicable terms of these third-party services.

11. Data Protection

Your use of SaySo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle and protect your information. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when these terms were last revised. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
